Cheddy W. Matthews is a leadership strategist, executive coach, speaker, and retired United States Marine Corps Major with more than two decades of experience advising senior leaders and developing high-performing organizations across military, corporate, and international environments. He holds an Executive MBA from the UCLA Anderson School of Management and brings a strategic, globally informed perspective to leadership, organizational effectiveness, and executive communication.
During his military career, Cheddy served in leadership and advisory assignments across the globe from the Pentagon, Iraq, Japan, Bahrain, and Saudi Arabia, including serving as Senior Advisor to the Royal Saudi Naval Forces Marine and Naval Special Forces in Jeddah. In that role, he advised senior military leaders and elite operational units on leadership, readiness, communications, and organizational effectiveness in complex multinational environments.
Today, Cheddy is the founder of HED Space Coaching and a trusted advisor to executives, entrepreneurs, and leadership teams seeking to strengthen executive presence, strategic influence, and organizational performance through transformational leadership development and advisory support.

Monthly Executive Boards
A business strategy workshop where members are trained using formal workbooks in key areas of business. This forces concentration on specific parts of their company. Members will analyse, in depth, the areas where their business is performing well or badly.
A mastermind where members get the opportunity to present a current business scenario / situation to their peers. The group will then give advice and feedback based on their experience. Members benefit from the experience of others. This process ensures that all options have been developed and critical mistakes are avoided early. Meetings are inspiring, helpful, uplifting, motivating, advising.
