Monthly Executive Boards

 

A business strategy workshop where members are trained using formal workbooks in key areas of business. This forces concentration on specific parts of their company. Members will analyse, in depth, the areas where their business is performing well or badly.

A mastermind where members get the opportunity to present a current business scenario / situation to their peers. The group will then give advice and feedback based on their experience. Members benefit from the experience of others. This process ensures that all options have been developed and critical mistakes are avoided early. Meetings are inspiring, helpful, uplifting, motivating, advising.

About Rukmini 

Rukmini is a seasoned HR Leader with over 23 years of blended business partnering and CoE experience. She has driven large scale integration, change and OD projects. She believes in being deeply rooted in business, driving performance outcomes as a business partner. In CoE roles, she led ‘concept to commercialization’ breakthru initiatives in talent, OD, leadership and culture initiatives.
In Diageo India, in her last two roles as the Head of L&OD & Culture & Talent & Diversity, she :

Rukmini has worked in Manufacturing, Healthcare, Consulting, Retail and FMCG with high-growth organizations in India and enjoys the energy of dynamic organizations. She has been a key contributor in the area of Culture and Inclusion and Diversity, leading capability development programs to build competence as well as to create awareness about I&D on a large scale. She believes in aligning strategic initiatives with business outcomes that successfully demonstrate ROI for the organization. She holds an MBA degree in HR and is accredited to administer scientific tools for deeper understanding and assessment in people development such as Hogan Assessment, DISC, OPQ & JDI . She is a Six Sigma Green Belt holder, a PROSCI change management practitioner, Belbin certified coach and is trained in Appreciative Inquiry. She is undergoing coach training for certification in ACC from ICF.
