Monthly Executive Boards
A business strategy workshop where members are trained using formal workbooks in key areas of business. This forces concentration on specific parts of their company. Members will analyse, in depth, the areas where their business is performing well or badly.
A mastermind where members get the opportunity to present a current business scenario / situation to their peers. The group will then give advice and feedback based on their experience. Members benefit from the experience of others. This process ensures that all options have been developed and critical mistakes are avoided early. About Vikram
Vikram Duggal is the CEO (Chief Energising Officer) of Abhivyakti – the expression, an organisation that specialises in Leadership Training and Coaching. He is the author of an Amazon number one bestseller Irresistible Workplaces. This book highlights practices that can help an organisation to become irresistible from the point of view of multiple stakeholders. He started his journey as a professional banker. He worked in State Bank of India for 22 years and held a variety of roles and responsibilities. He took an early retirement to follow his passion in the field of learning and development. He was a faculty member in State Bank Staff College, Hyderabad at the time of his retirement. Thereafter, he worked as Professor in Administrative Staff College of India and Senior Professor in Centre for Organisation Development, Hyderabad where he developed and delivered a variety of programs in the field of Organisational Behaviour. being received very well by working professionals. He is invited as a keynote/inspirational speaker in various corporates, schools and colleges. He is B.Com., M.B.A. and CAIIB by education. He is a certified practitioner of NLP. He is also an Associate Power Coach and Certified Power Coach (in training) from CLI, Canada. He also holds two international certifications viz: Train the Trainer and Making the Stage in using Accelerated Learning Methodologies from Success Resources, Singapore.
